Fall Food Fair - Sat. Sept.27th, 11am-4pm
The Edinburg Historical Society hosts its 3rd annual "Fall Food Fair" on Saturday, September 27th at the site of the Rural Museum, from 11:00a.m. - 4 p.m., rain or shine. While out "leaf peeping", stop by for cider and donuts, homemade soups and chilies, candied apples, homemade pies and other seasonal baked goods, dried flowers and herbs, and more. Crafters will offer woodcrafts, metalwork, art photography, and handmade jewelry. Antiques, collectibles, and white elephant treasures will be on sale for bargain gift ideas. The art of chair caning will be demonstrated for your educational pleasure. And all this seasonal fun will be enjoyed while accompanied by the guitar strings of strolling minstrel Emily Smith.
The winner of the raffle for the beautiful multi-colored "Friendship" quilt handcrafted by the Edinburg Town Hall Quilters will be drawn at 4 p.m. Good luck!
All proceeds to benefit the Society and support our community.
Additional crafters are needed so call Norma at 863-8480 if you have wares to share.
